Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patient's conditions.
• Delivers care plan as outlined, coordinating daily patient flow and care.
• Collaborates with staff to communicate patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintains documentation of assessments, changes in condition, care delivered, and any incidents.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Mentors and precepts newer nurses and promotes a positive work environment.
• Upholds confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
