Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care within a multidisciplinary team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations (10%).
