Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care to patients through nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Assures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Provides support for pain management and medication-related interventions.
• Communicates patient condition and discharge plans to patient and family.
• Participates in unit/hospital committees and performance improvement activities.
• Ensures handoff communication with the oncoming team.
