Qualifications

• A NJ RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care to patients through nursing process including assessment and planning.
• Assures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Assists with pain management and discharge planning.
• Communicates patient information to family and care team.
• Plans care and coordinates with case managers for patient outcomes.
• Participates in performance improvement and Joint Commission readiness.
