Responsabilités

• Assess patients using the Nursing Process and determine priorities for care.
• Plan, write, and update a written nursing care plan incorporating clinical and psychosocial elements.
• Coordinate patient, family and health team in hospital and post-discharge care.
• Implement nursing actions, administer medications and IV therapy, and document status.
• Communicate patient status to physicians and team; ensure therapeutic interactions with patients and families.
• Participate in teaching and quality improvement activities and discharge planning.
