PROJECT NEW GENERATION LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Arizona. You will create and manage personalized care plans, observe and communicate with patients, and support the care team. Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach are essential.

Applicants must be a currently licensed RN and may have prior RN experience. Valid driver’s license and First aid/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changesMaintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
