Job summary

Arrival Care is inviting experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our Arizona provider network in the Greater Phoenix area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no minimum shifts and $80 per hour.

Opportunities are flexible and selected by you through the platform; you control which visits to accept and when to work, delivering one‑on‑one care. Applicants must hold an active Arizona RN license and an Arizona APRN license/certification, current national board certification, and BLS;

Arrival Care is a new Arizona-based healthcare technology platform connecting patients and families directly with experienced healthcare professionals for personalized, one-on-one care when and where they need it.

As we prepare for our Arizona patient launch, we are currently building our initial provider network throughout the Greater Phoenix area and are looking for experienced Arizona Nurse Practitioners interested in flexible patient-care opportunities outside of a traditional shift-based environment.

Compensation, Flexibility & Independence

• $80 per hour of care provided
• 1099 independent contractor opportunity
• No minimum shifts or required hours
• Choose which patient opportunities you want to accept
• Review the location, requested date and time, anticipated duration, and care needs before accepting
• Work as much or as little as fits your schedule
• Opportunities throughout the Greater Phoenix area as patient volume grows
• Arrival Care does not operate around traditional day, night, or mid‑shift schedules. Opportunities are based on individual patient needs and requests through the platform.
• You maintain control over which opportunities you choose to accept.

Visits and clinical documentation are managed directly through the Arrival Care platform using our streamlined clinical documentation system.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered Arizona RN license
• Current, active Arizona APRN license/certification applicable to their role
• Current national board certification as applicable
• Strong clinical assessment and independent decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, patient-education, and patient-advocacy skills
• Ability to provide personalized, one‑on‑one care
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to successfully complete Arrival Care's identity verification, professional credentialing, HIPAA, onboarding, and administrative approval requirements
• Experience in family practice, adult/gerontology, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, hospital‑based care, or other applicable clinical specialties is valued.

Arrival Care provider opportunities are offered on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Availability of patient opportunities is dependent upon patient demand, geographic location, provider qualifications, and applicable scope of practice.
