Job summary

Arrival Care is inviting experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our Arizona provider network in the Greater Phoenix area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no minimum shifts and $80 per hour.

Opportunities are flexible and selected by you through the platform; you control which visits to accept and when to work, delivering one‑on‑one care. Applicants must hold an active Arizona RN license and an Arizona APRN license/certification, current national board certification, and BLS;

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license active and unencumbered.
• Arizona APRN license/certification active.
• Current national board certification as applicable.
• BLS certification valid.
• Strong clinical assessment and independent decision-making.
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills.
• Ability to provide personalized, one-on-one care.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible PRN patient care in home/clinic settings.
• Conduct personalized patient assessments and care planning.
• Review medications and educate patients and families.
• Coordinate post-hospitalization and recovery support as needed.
