Job summary

PRESIDENTIAL HOME CARE LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage personalized plans of care, observe patient needs, and communicate effectively to support patient safety and well-being.

The RN will coordinate with colleagues, administer medications, document patient changes, and maintain accurate care records while reporting to a supervisor. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
