Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Patient Care Manager (RN) to lead our home health team in California. You will oversee clinical staff, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drive patient-centered outcomes in the community.

As a key clinical leader, you will mentor staff, promote professional growth, and collaborate with families and referral sources to deliver compassionate, high-quality home health services.

Formación

• RN with current licensure to practice nursing in the state of California.
• 5 years RN experience with previous experience in home care setting.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health (preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
