Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Patient Care Manager (RN) to lead our home health team in Newport Beach, CA. The role focuses on elevating patient care, guiding clinical staff, and fostering a collaborative environment to deliver compassionate services.

You will champion regulatory compliance, safety, and clinical quality, supervise staff, and drive performance improvements. A current CA RN license and 5 years of RN experience, including home health, are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• 5 years RN experience, with home health exposure.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health (preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable regulations.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care to ensure high-quality outcomes and consistent service delivery.
• Supervise, support, and coach clinical personnel to maintain care excellence and encourage ongoing staff development.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• 5 yrs RN experience with previous experience in home care setting.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
