Qualifications

• Registered nurse license in California.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in home health preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal, state, local regulatory requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care for high-quality outcomes and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
