Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Patient Care Manager (RN) to lead our home health team in California. You will guide clinical staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in community settings.

As a key clinical leader, you will oversee supervision, plan and monitor patient care, promote safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous quality improvement while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Two years minimum in home care management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and local regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
