Strategic Recruiting Resources is seeking a Patient Care Manager (RN) to lead our home health team in Newport Beach, CA. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and drive quality improvement while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

You will model leadership and guide staff development, promote safe, compassionate care, and maintain high clinical standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in home care preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal/state regulations.
