Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. The role includes coordinating care with other departments and maintaining professional accountability for outcomes.

Applicants should have an RN license, nursing education (AD, Diploma, or BSN), and BLS with ongoing certification requirements. ACLS/NRP/CPHON and other specialty certifications may be required by unit needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités
