Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. You will work with caregivers across departments to evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and ensure alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, an active RN license in the hiring state or a compact licensure, and BLS certification;

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing program graduate (AD/ Diploma/ BSN).
• RN license required in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS/C-EFM may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Performs duties in line with Mercy mission, values and standards.
