Qualifications

• Active nursing license from the state of practice (required)
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred
• Associate degree in nursing or diploma in nursing required; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and analyzes data.
• Creates and implements plans of care; evaluates treatment effectiveness.
• Administers medications safely per state practice and policies.
• Serves as point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
• Incorporates professional practice models into daily care delivery.
