Job summary

Ashley Regional hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an RN for clinic coordination and comprehensive patient care. You will participate in patient and family teaching, act as a patient advocate, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include an RN license, an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and BCLS; ACLS/PALS within six months. You will document care and support ongoing patient education efforts across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BCLS required after orientation; ACLS and PALS within six months of hire or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient/family teaching.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed.
• Document nursing observations, assessments and care accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other hospital staff to plan and provide care.
• Provide patient and family education relevant to the condition.
