Job summary

Ashley Regional Hospital is seeking an RN to coordinate total nursing care in our clinic setting. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, participate in patient and family teaching, and advocate for patients while maintaining professional standards.

You will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, current RN license, and BCLS at orientation; ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BCLS upon orientation; ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patient's condition and nursing care needs.
• Sets goals and prescribes nursing interventions to meet needs.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Administers medications, treatments and therapies.
• Evaluates care outcomes and documents observations.
• Collaborates with physicians and other hospital staff.
• Delivers patient and family education relevant to conditions.
