You will promote optimal patient health and safety through the nursing process, adhere to standards and the Nurse Practice Act, and demonstrate accountability for relationship‑based care aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license in the state of employment.
• Medium work with lifting up to 50 lbs intermittently, and up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual domains; evaluate responses to interventions.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team and observe outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain thorough and confidential patient charts; document status, interventions, and outcomes; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Promote and advocate for patient health, safety, and rights.
• Educate patients and families by assessing learning readiness and evaluating teaching effectiveness.
