• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain accurate patient charts and records with timely documentation.
• Promote and advocate for patient health, safety, and rights.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
