Job summary

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Part-Time / On-Call role. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents under individualized care plans in a fast-paced facility in Pleasant Hill, CA.
