Job summary

AdventHealth Parker is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a part-time role. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families on conditions and treatments.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with RN and BLS certifications. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and there is room for professional growth through the Clinical Ladder Program.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Licenses and certifications: RN and BLS.
• Additional licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on unit/state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly update them.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
