West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care. As on-site clinical leader, you will supervise LPNs and CNAs, coordinate staffing for Saturdays and Sundays, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

This role offers a weekend-only schedule with competitive pay of $40–$42 per hour and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support weekend nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs).
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
