Job summary

Kern River Transitional Care Center in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for all shifts. You will monitor patients, assess needs, and work with physicians to develop care plans.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in California.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of nursing care practices and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families.
• Participate in continuing education and staff development initiatives.

Salary Range $40-$45/hr BOE

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available
