Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of California.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong nursing care practices and emergency response knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess needs.
• Observe and document symptoms, report changes to physicians promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans.
• Perform essential nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, wound care).
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety protocols across the facility.
• Provide emergency response and support during critical situations.
• Train and supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families.
• Participate in continuing education and staff development initiatives.
