Job summary

Kern River Transitional Care Center in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, person-centered care across all shifts, ensuring safety and dignity for residents. You’ll monitor patients’ conditions, document changes, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop individualized care plans.

Salary Range: $40-$45/hr BOE

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available
