Job summary

Avita Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Pain Management Department at Galion location. Under the Pain Clinic Manager, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and support physicians in developing and implementing treatment plans.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure and is positioned within a collaborative team focused on quality care and continuous improvement in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current BCS certification.
• Two or more years of experience in a physician clinic/office (preferred).
• Experience in a pain clinic (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care under the Pain Clinic Manager.
• Assist physicians with treatment plan development and implementation.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Adhere to federal/state laws, DNV standards and professional/ethical practice.
