Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN for PACU in California. This 13-week contract requires a valid RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and EPIC experience. Expect duties across pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with post-anesthesia care, ventilator support, and vigilant monitoring.

Schedule is Monday–Wednesday day shifts; daily census around 12 patients. Prior charge experience is preferred but not required. Local candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PACU/acute care nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in the United States.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-anesthesia patients across age groups.
• Monitor vitals, airway and ventilation; respond to emergencies.
• Accurately chart in the electronic health record.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; manage unit needs.

Description:Local candidates accepted.Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.Experience in charting system required.Candidates should possess skills in end-tidal CO2 monitoring, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, and various surgical procedures.Candidates must be able to manage ventilated patients and administer emergency medications.Patient care includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.Daily census averages around 12 patients.Compliance with work history verification going back 7 years is required.Candidates must be prepared to provide accurate work history information.Max request time off is 7 days per contract.Holiday request time off is limited to one holiday per contract.Candidates should successfully complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing.Modules will be completed during orientation.
