Providence PACE is seeking a Community Care RN to support our Irvington-based site in Portland, OR. You will provide and supervise professional nursing care for participants in the community, guiding the nursing process from assessment through supervision to promote optimal health and independence.
The role emphasizes home visits and clinic-based care within the PACE program, requiring an Oregon RN license and BLS certification, with a preference for 2 years of related experience.
$7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
This position will be supporting our Irvington site.
Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shift
The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence participants in the community. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.
