Job summary

Resorts at Chester River Manor seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. You will oversee care during the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift, ensure resident safety, regulatory compliance, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Candidates must hold a Maryland RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience, CPR certification, and proven leadership abilities to mentor staff and uphold quality standards in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Ensure quality resident care per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and documentation.
• Maintain CMS and Maryland regulation compliance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff.
• Complete audits, shift reports, and required docs.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Lead QA/PI initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Serve as clinical leader during shift.
