Resorts at Chester River Manor in Chestertown, MD is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, delivering high-quality resident care and supporting staff development in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The RN Supervisor oversees clinical operations, coordinates admissions/discharges, monitors medications, and ensures documentation and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with physicians and leaders to achieve positive

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN License in good standing.
• Minimum one year of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, GNAs, and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure residents receive quality care per physician orders and care plans.
• Perform clinical assessments and respond to changes in resident condition.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor medication administration and treatment compliance.
• Conduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Investigate incidents and complete required reports.
• Assist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustments.
• Maintain CMS and Maryland regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Participate in QAPI activities.
