Job summary

Cadia Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Overnight Supervisor to lead clinical care across the facility. The role emphasizes coordination, staffing oversight, and ensuring high-quality resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license (in-state or compact) and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with preference for rehabilitative nursing knowledge and familiarity with LTC regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in the state or a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
• Training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
• Perform administrative duties, staffing review, rounds, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc.
• Review staffing for the assigned shift and ensure each resident has an assigned nurse/CNA.
• Make rounds at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Replace any call-offs that are received during the shift.
• Communicate events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON and assist in corrective actions.
