Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license to practice.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
- Training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices preferred.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc.
- Review staffing for the assigned shift and ensure each resident has a nurse/CNA; adjust as needed.
- Make rounds at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Replace any call-offs that occur during the shift.
- Communicate events/incidents and resident concerns to DON/ADON; assist in corrective actions.
