Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Rochelle Park, NJ, is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor - Cart Nurse for the overnight shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role leads nursing operations, supports clinical staff, and ensures safe, high-quality resident care. Salary is $105,000 annually.

The successful candidate will oversee overnight operations, collaborate with DON/ADON, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory readiness while maintaining documentation and a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during the overnight shift.
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and supporting a collaborative nursing team.

About The Role

Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Supervisor - Cart Nurse to join our nursing leadership team. This overnight leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to oversee overnight nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise and support nursing staff while ensuring adherence to job responsibilities, facility policies, and clinical standards.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical practices.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs throughout the shift.
• Address resident care concerns, emergencies, and staffing issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with facility surveys and maintain continuous readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of nursing documentation and required reports.
