The role supports leadership and follows the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and shared governance to ensure safety and best practices. Strong nursing experience and certification readiness are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in ambulatory or acute care.
• Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma; BSN preferred.
• Strong communication, data entry, and computer skills; proficient with Excel/Word.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in burn, wound, and HBO settings.
• Perform nursing assessments, vital signs, and emergency procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with Hyperbaric Tech and care team to coordinate care plans.
• Document care accurately and timely per policy.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans.
• Adhere to Wellstar Health System policies and quality/safety standards.
