Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN OP burn, wound, and hyperbaric care nurse to join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, individualized patient care. You will work under the Nurse Manager, following the WellStar Professional Practice Model and 5-Star Nursing framework, performing assessments and treatments for burn and wound patients throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in ambulatory or acute care.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; strong computer skills.
• Experience with Epic and 3M software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process for burn, wound and HBO patients with evidence-based care.
• Coordinates care through interdisciplinary teamwork and documentation.
• Maintains patient safety and quality standards across shifts.
• Supports preceptor/mentoring roles and ongoing professional development.
