Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Ortho/Spine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. Per diem role with day shifts 7:00am-7:30pm and rotating weekends/holidays. Requires active RN license in Illinois and 1+ year inpatient RN experience.

Preferred candidates hold a Nursing degree (Associates or higher) with a plan to obtain BSN within five years if applicable. CPR certification is required. Benefits include premium pay and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per the Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patients' condition, plans and evaluates care, and documents observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks and works as a part of the unit team.
• Supports unit goals and adapts duties by shift.
