Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking an RN for the Ortho/Spine Unit on a per diem basis. Hours are 7:00am-7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will provide professional nursing care per Illinois laws and hospital policies, assess patient conditions, document observations, and collaborate with the care team. Requires 1+ year inpatient RN experience, IL RN license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• If ADN is the highest degree, must graduate with BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks and work as a team member to meet unit goals.
