Endeavor Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Ortho/Spine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville, IL. This Per Diem position offers 12-hour day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

Candidates need at least 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient setting, an active Illinois RN license, and CPR certification. The role emphasizes professional nursing care, adherence to policies, critical thinking, and collaboration with the unit team to achieve optimal

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsabilités

• Provides professional nursing care according to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and records observations.
• Delegates care tasks to other staff and collaborates with the care team.
