Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse Service Line Coordinator (Unit Coordinator) for the Main OR. This full‑time, first shift role runs 6:45 AM–3:15 PM with occasional call for PTO coverage.

Ideal candidates will have Scrub, Circulation, or Procedural experience in sterile fields, and be prepared to lead safety and quality initiatives while supporting staff development and efficient service line operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Registered Nursing License required; BLS within 90 days of hire.
• MSN preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service line instruments and equipment for the Main OR.
• Provide service line education and staff interviews.
• Ensure all rooms and equipment are ready for the day and aligned with schedule.
• Collaborate with surgeons, vendors, and materials management to optimize operations and costs.
