Aviata Health Group is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor for Aviata at Shoal Creek in Crestview, FL. This role oversees nursing staff and ensures quality resident care on the assigned unit.

Responsibilities include staffing management, staff development guidance, and documenting resident medical data on admission and throughout treatment, with focus on individualized plans and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing administration experience.
• 3+ years nursing experience preferred in similar population setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff on the unit.
• Assist in staff development and guide Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Document admission and ongoing resident medical status data.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Recruit and hire nursing staff as needed.
• Ensure resident record documentation compliance.
• Coordinate staffing schedules for adequate coverage.
• Uphold resident rights policies and preceptor training.

Work Schedule - Friday-Sunday (7a-7p)
Aviata Health Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Aviata at Shoal Creek. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care to ensure quality resident care on the assigned unit.
Major Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care
• Assist in staff development and provide guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants
• Conduct and document a complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment
• Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident
• Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies
• Must complete Preceptor Training
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN
• Minimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility
• Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
