Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to supervise staff and oversee patient care at Aviata at Central Park in Brandon, FL. This part-time role covers the 3p-11p shift and requires an active RN or LPN license.

The Nurse Supervisor will lead shift staff, ensure care complies with standards and regulations, and coordinate with facility personnel to deliver high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
