Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor for Aviata at Sand Key in Clearwater, FL. The role requires weekend coverage (Saturday & Sunday, 16 hours) and a passion for compassionate resident care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations. New grads welcome; benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care per standards of care and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, assigns workload, trains staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
