Polaris Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate RN to join our nursing team in Cheyenne, WY. You will oversee direct resident care, perform assessments, and supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, individualized care.

You will collaborate with physicians, CNAs, families, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and maintain high-quality documentation in the EMR. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time RNs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active RN license in Wyoming.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, post-acute care, or geriatrics preferred.
• Strong nursing judgment and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee nursing care per individualized care plans and orders.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes.
• Administer medications and treatments within RN scope.
• Supervise and coach CNAs and nursing staff.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
