Job summary

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking a LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations in a patient‑centered environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans in North Augusta, SC.

The role includes supervising LPNs and nursing staff, maintaining clear communication with patients and families, and supporting continuous quality improvement. Competitive pay and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license preferred.
• LPN with leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Work with interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.

Negotiable with experience

• $32.00-$36.00 LPN
• $39.00-$44.00 RN
