Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation's NHC HealthCare Bluffton is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead nursing care on the unit, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes thorough patient assessment, care plan development, and strong communication with patients and families; supervision of LPNs and other nursing staff; and adherence to nursing standards. This position offers a family-like environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• South Carolina RN nursing license.
• We hire GNs and GPNs.

Responsibilities

• Work with interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families to involve them in decision making.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
