Job summary

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team in our North Augusta facility. This full-time role focuses on patient care planning, inter-disciplinary collaboration, and ongoing supervision of LPNs and nursing staff.

The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Licensure in South Carolina is preferred (RN); LPN with leadership experience will also be considered.

Qualifications

• SC RN licensure preferred; LPN with leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned.
• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families to encourage participation in decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Compensation:

Negotiable with experience

$32.00-$36.00 LPN

$39.00-$44.00 RN
