Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead nursing staff and coordinate patient care on the dayshift. The role supports a family-oriented care culture with opportunities for growth and advancement.

The position offers part-time and full-time options. Candidates should hold an SC RN license and be prepared to supervise LPNs and nursing staff while communicating effectively with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina RN license is required.
• Experience in a family-oriented healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to supervise LPNs and nursing staff as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and update care plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families, involving them in decisions when appropriate.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care.
