Job summary

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking an LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead a skilled nursing unit in North Augusta, SC. You will supervise nursing staff, assess patients, and collaborate with the care team to tailor individualized plans of care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, open communication with patients and families, and guiding staff through care decisions under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Full-time, on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• SC RN license preferred; LPN with management experience considered.
• Experience supervising LPNs and nursing staff.
• Interdisciplinary care team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development or revision of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decisions.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

• $33.00-$36.00 LPN
• $39.00-$45.00 RN
